Roof Installation day step by step process:

  • The materials will be delivered the morning of your install date.

    • Please make sure your drive way is clear for the materials to be dropped off.

  • Your Newfield Rep will be on site prior to the materials being delivered to ensure the correct materials were delivered.

  • The crew will arrive anywhere between 7:00 Am and 8:00 Am

    • The crew will frist go around your home and cover all plants and patio furniture. If you have a pool we will cover that as well.

    • Your Newfield rep will meet with the froman of the crew and go over any last min details before they begin the tear off.

  • First they will tear off the existing shingles

  • Inspect the decking to ensure there are no rotten areas of decking

  • Start the installation of the new shingle roofing system

  • Your Newfield Rep will be in contact with you throughout the day with updates and expected completion time

  • After the crew has finished with the roof they will then start their clean up. Which includes:

    • Picking up all trash that was accumulated during the tear off and installation

    • Go around the home with a magnetic sweeper to pickup any nails that had fallen to the ground

  • In the last step your Newfield Rep will walk around your home with you and answer any questions you might have regarding the install.

  • Once you are satisfied with your new roof we will then accept payments.
